Xiangyang Wanda Plaza is located in the core urban area and serves as a high-end mixed-use property integrating hospitality and commercial facilities. It has stringent requirements for energy efficiency and environmental protection, while also needing to achieve high operational efficiency within the limited space of the energy station to meet diverse heating and cooling demands. Currently, the shopping mall's heating source (steam) is supplied by a third party, but due to potential uncertainties in the original third-party heat supply, there is an urgent need to establish an independent heating source.

After an on-site survey, Xinlei engineers tailored an energy-efficient solution to meet the project's specific needs. The system employs 14 Xinlei low-temperature air-source heat pumps, each with 120 HP capacity, significantly improving operational cost-efficiency and stability. Additionally, the entire system features a compact layout, occupying only 150 square meters while delivering substantial heating capacity—demonstrating a perfect balance between energy savings and space optimization.

The Yuhao International Center comprises three buildings: Building 1 is the Holiday Inn, Building 2 is the Kashgar Yuhao International Trade Hotel, and Building 3 is the Kashgar Yuhao International Trade Apartments. Located in southern Xinjiang, the region experiences extreme climatic conditions, posing severe challenges for this energy-saving renovation project, including the low-temperature adaptability of heating equipment and high-efficiency energy utilization. The hotel must provide a comfortable and stable indoor environment while ensuring that operational and maintenance costs align with long-term investment plans.

A total of 30 Xinlei low-temperature air-source heat pumps (60 HP each) were installed for this project, with 10 units allocated to each building. These systems meet the hotel's round-the-clock heating demands while maintaining low energy consumption. Thanks to their exceptional low-temperature performance, Xinlei's energy-efficient equipment has delivered outstanding results in both high efficiency and stable heating, setting a benchmark for green buildings in southern Xinjiang.

As a representative of international high-end chain hotel brands, a certain five-star hotel project in Zhengzhou has stringent requirements for equipment operation reliability and indoor comfort, while aiming to achieve intelligent management and energy-saving goals through the application of advanced technologies.

The renovation project will encompass the entire energy system of the hotel building, including heating systems, domestic hot water systems, and other components. By deploying high-efficiency energy-saving equipment and applying AI-powered intelligent control technologies, it will significantly enhance the overall operational efficiency, safety, and stability of the hotel's energy supply system.

The smart control system enables seamless heating regulation, while IoT-based remote monitoring facilitates intelligent operation and maintenance. Post-renovation, the hotel is expected to achieve over 20% energy cost savings, with an annual energy efficiency benefit reaching 2.25 million yuan.
