Wenling Jiulong International Hotel is a five-star standard hotel located in Jiulong Economic Development Zone. With a total construction area of 42,000㎡, the 9-story hotel comprises 398 guest rooms. To enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs, the hotel implemented an energy-saving retrofit, replacing its original Miura steam boilers and Ebara double-effect steam chillers with Xinglei's magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller units.
For this energy-saving renovation project, the hotel will no longer rely on high-energy-consuming steam boilers and steam chillers, which is expected to significantly reduce annual energy costs, greatly improve energy utilization efficiency, and lower operational expenses. At the same time, compared to traditional steam cooling systems, magnetic levitation chiller units are more user-friendly, feature higher automation levels, reduce the need for complex operational procedures and maintenance, and enhance the stability and reliability of equipment operation.
