Ultra-low ambient temperature air source screw heat pump unit is specifically developed to meet the heating needs of centralized heating in northern regions and extremely cold areas. In support of the national dual-carbon goals to reduce or restrict coal and gas boiler usage, Xinlei has independently developed this unit, filling the technology gap for high-efficiency, energy-saving products in harsh environments and providing an ideal solution for smog mitigation and traditional boiler replacement. The unit is widely applicable to various commercial and residential buildings including villas, shops, hotels, office buildings, schools and residential communities.
Dual-sided Asymmetric 5:7 Rotor Profile Design
Utilizes an asymmetric rotor profile to significantly reduce the leakage triangle area, minimizing leakage between rotor strokes and ensuring volumetric efficiency at low speeds. This enhances performance under partial load conditions. The third-generation rotor profile with dual-sided 5:7 design offers higher strength and is suitable for high pressure ratio applications.
Dual Inverter Technology + Adjustable Vi
Dual inverter control precisely regulates pressure between high and low stages for improved energy efficiency. The combination of adjustable Vi and dual inverter technology expands the operating range. Frequency modulation avoids energy loss during partial load operation, further enhancing unit performance under varying conditions.
High-Efficiency Compressor
The compressor motor features H-class insulation, rated for 180°C—one level higher than F-class—ensuring reliable operation under harsh conditions. Equipped with high-precision bearings from leading international brands, including Swedish SKF bearings, the compressor can operate continuously for ≥50,000 hours.
Axial Fan
High-efficiency, low-noise, and corrosion-resistant axial fan.
Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
Equipped with a standard flooded shell-and-tube heat exchanger, featuring a liquid level sensor for real-time evaporation level control, with a design approach temperature difference as low as 0.5°C.
High-Efficiency Oil Separator
Horizontal type with built-in separation filter and unique exhaust device; oil separation efficiency reaches 99.9%.
Gas-liquid Separator
Effectively prevents liquid slugging in the compressor, ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit.
Fin-type Heat Exchanger
Uses high-efficiency seamless inner-thread copper tubes and ultra-thin hydrophilic nano-coated fins; resists frost and improves performance.
Electronic Expansion Valve
From a well-known industry brand; works with liquid level sensors to quickly adapt to changing operating conditions.
Dual Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Compressors
Dual-frequency regulation with a 15%–100% operating range; dual Vi adjustment for higher energy efficiency.
The cloud platform can record and provide the operating status and operating parameters of the wind turbines bound to the platform, as well as perform fault alarm and data recording analysis. Users can log in to the platform to realize remote monitoring and energy-saving settings management, enabling users to realize real-time equipment management. At present, the IoT cloud platform provides ANDRIOD, IOS, and PC clients, and open interfaces to link with third-party software such as ERP, providing users with more possibilities.
