Ternary Flow Impeller
Made from high-strength, heat-treated aerospace-grade aluminum alloy AL7075, suitable for harsh conditions involving high temperature and pressure. Manufactured with precision using a 5-axis machining center, maintaining tolerances within 0.005 mm. Advanced modal analysis yields the optimal full-arc impeller profile, reducing turbulence and minimizing overspeed blockage.

High-Efficiency Livestock-Specific Heat Exchanger
Employs advanced heat transfer technology. Corrosion-resistant materials tailored to livestock water sources and quality: optional tube materials include copper (TP2), stainless steel (S316L), and titanium (TA1). Tube sheets and water chambers use carbon steel, stainless steel, or titanium composite plates to meet anti-corrosion requirements.
The cloud platform can record and provide the operating status and operating parameters of the wind turbines bound to the platform, as well as perform fault alarm and data recording analysis. Users can log in to the platform to realize remote monitoring and energy-saving settings management, enabling users to realize real-time equipment management. At present, the IoT cloud platform provides ANDRIOD, IOS, and PC clients, and open interfaces to link with third-party software such as ERP, providing users with more possibilities.
